Review on CrankWheel by Anthony Heinrichs

The interface makes it easy for anyone who has basic computer skills to make their own custom webinars without having to spend hours learning how to code. Also helps with customer service as I am able to give quick answers instead of asking my team members over and over again. The tool still needs some work. Some features are clunky but they aren't hard to fix. For example you can drag things off the whiteboard and into documents before clicking record so there's not much work needed if that's an issue. Just be patient until it gets better. Customizing our product demo calls and getting feedback from clients during those demos was easier than we could do ourselves using traditional methods. I like how easy this program makes having meetings super convenient for my clients when they are out of town from work/school etc.. Nothing at all really bad either but if there were more options available maybe we could have made our lives easier as well (more colors) so far not many complaints though!! Just make sure u know exactly who can access ur meeting before hand because some people don't always realize their coworkers aren't authorized until after its over haha keep up good job guys. !
