Of all the bands I've bought since buying the Fitbit about a week ago, this one will be the only one with care instructions, installation instructions and a tool to facilitate assembly. I didn't need this tool for this group, but I tried it with a group from another company that I couldn't use and it made things easier. When you first get this band it's a bit stiff, but after you bend and tighten it a bit the material isn't that hard anymore. The colors are vibrant and give me the feel of a limited edition lavender fabric. I also LOVE that they use 2 straps for the bottom instead of 1. Only having one strap with my original Fitbit strap was driving me nuts so I stopped using it and started buying from Amazon. Very cute product and very well thought out. This company has definitely not cut corners and I am very impressed with how far they go to make purchasing their products as convenient as possible. This definitely sets them apart from the rest. I will definitely buy from them again.
