Runs extremely SMALL!

Have ordered several womens tops in xxl - from this same manufacturer - and was shocked when it would barely fit over my DD breasts - and the sleeves strangled my upper arms - much like a blood pressure cuff.Fabric feels like it wouldn’t breathe at all — very polyester’ish.

It doesn''t stretch and is a little shorter length than I prefer. The floral pattern and color is pretty but it doesn''t hang well and kind of poofs out so it makes you look bigger.
