Ok I just got it, the button is broken - customer service was great

Customer service was great! They send me a new bag that will hopefully have all the buttons! Update: 4 hours in one button went off. I still love it and will return it. I will update how the return process goes! The new bag kept all the buttons for a while. I love this damn bag! So that's just based on how cute she is and the packaging and I'll update based on shelf life but so far I'm loving this thing! I'm going on vacation in 3 days and I'm so glad this part is done.
