I love this item. It's really good quality and the price of the product is fair. My problem with this product and many others is that they are poorly designed. It is difficult for my kittens to reach the highest level. As with most "modern looking" cat houses and trees, the designers remove staggered tiers that help cats climb these things. Look, I want a decently designed tree and an apartment. You can take one of the rug layouts and just use it without all the ugly rug and leave some soft areas to help the kitty climb. Instead we have products that look good but are difficult for our cats/kittens to climb on. I wanted to love this product but can't as my kittens can't easily climb to the top as there is no step pattern to make climbing easier.
