I bought these for my 25 month old who is 5 1/2 inches from heel to toe. I bought a size 10/11 reading the reviews to go up a size and thank goodness. The first walk in it, which my daughter likes very much, does not take off. They look and feel great, seem to be 1-1.5" front and back so they are a bit taller but her legs don't stretch and she walks fine. direct hit. Get them, they're great, the pillow inside is plush too. Decent slippers that don't look or feel terrible. Get them but yes the size is bigger. I think they are expensive but they are worth it.
