I AM CONFUSED WHY MY EYEBROW TUNING DIDN'T COME IN THE BOX AND SAY THIS OR I WOULD NOT BUY? Immediately after application, I noticed that the original consistency was different and did not have a stable fixation. Super annoyed! As this is an amazing product it should be ordered from Ulta.com 😒
