Saved my knees in my review
I use this when I'm digging in my gardens. The hard ground and sometimes concrete is hard on my knees which is why I purchased the pad. It's also nice that it is waterproof so when I'm in a wet area it doesn't soaker through and get my pants all wet. Keeps me from getting muddy too. I like the pad and have used it a lot while I've been digging up my gardens and working them up for planting.
- Can be used to support other body parts
- May not be suitable for use with certain types of yoga mats
