Fit amazingly. I'm 5'4", 168 pounds, 34D boobs. I bought a size large. The beading and details on this dress are very beautiful. Lots of room in the sleeves in a good way. The quality was way more than what I was expecting for the price paid. Wore this dress to the Omni's New Year's Eve Gatsby gala. I received TONS of compliments, like ALOT!
