So. Lately I've been trying to avoid clay cat litter. they are more likely to cause cats to breathe in dust and are not as healthy as corn or pine fiber cat litter. But the problem with most natural fillers is that they smell like urine much faster. I have an automatic tray with a removable tray on the back. 2 years work wonders without any complaints. But the usual clumpy clay litter sticks VERY BADLY to the bottom. So I switched to easy. This is the only light litter I use for my two cats (unless I can use natural. That being said, this lightweight cat litter tracks more than regular neat cats, but that's true of any lightweight litter. Also, this filler doesn't start to have bad odors unless I change the bag to the trash. Tray for 4-5 days. Most litters take place within the first 1-2 days.
