Lack of support and poor quality control

TLDR: Not reached stated temperatures, support hasn't responded to support calls for over 2 months, bought 2 of these and both give off a horrible smell of burned electronics when in use. I have now bought 2 of these which I am still waiting for tech support as after 3 months it stopped working and exceeded Amazon's return policy. The first one I bought worked really well for about 3 months before it started giving off a bad electronic burn smell before it stopped working and showed E2 on the display. It's been over 2 months now and no reply. This prompted me to purchase a second unit, hoping it would perform as well as the first but with a longer lifespan. Unfortunately, the very first time I turned it on and used it produced the same burning electronics smell and could never get water. cook even at a temperature of 450 degrees. I've tried this multiple times with the same results so I went back with Revain and got my refund quickly. I'd love to say that I love this device, but having roughly the same issue with more than one device just shows the lack of quality control and maybe even the poor design that the company put into this induction torch. Finally, the last feature for me was the terrible support, they delete all verbal communication and don't even reply to their customers via email.
