I love that it is so easy to use, even for those who have never used call recording before! It has helped me keep track of everything we do during business hours as well at home when not working by using my phone or computer (I am currently still learning how many things this can help you accomplish).

This product does what its advertised too; there isn't anything about them i dislike either because they really provide great customer service if ever needed which makes their products worth every penny spent!!
