Review on Hiperos 3PM by Dan Sturm

I like that it is easy to use for multiple clients (easy access through dashboard), very fast response time from support team as well at times being able to reach them directly when needed which can be really helpful! We have only used their software during our certification process but we did not find anything negative about using this product so far.

Great customer service with quick responses if you need assistance or are having issues/questions while trying out your new system. They do offer great training options too where they will walk everyone step by-step in how things work once everything has been implemented; however there isn't an option available within program itself unless asking questions via chat box after implementation phase ends. This allows us more transparency over what's actually going into each client account without any delays due to lack knowledge regarding certain aspects.
