Great for Zumba!

I've been doing Zumba about 5 days a week for a little over a month. school shoes (which they don't make anymore) because they look a bit like Zumba shoes, and what's the difference? All you need are low-top sneakers, right? Zumba dancers and enthusiasts, by this statement you can tell I'm not a dancer and will get seriously wet behind the ears from Zumba! on the floor, and more worryingly, my ankles swelled up after every workout. I decided to try shoes designed for this activity, if only because I wouldn't injure myself over time. These shoes fit me perfectly - I wear women's 10 US and ordered 12 - although they are snug enough you can't wear socks with them. I don't want to wear socks so they were perfect! I wondered if they were too tight, but after 30 minutes of training I had to stop and tighten the laces a little because they were noticeably loose. My twists and slides have been easy so I can walk to work better which makes me happy but the real kick is no more swelling in my ankles. This is exactly the result I was hoping for! It's also the lightest shoe I've ever worn. I keep one pair for indoor zumba workouts but really want another pair for everyday use. You are so comfortable. Edited three months later. I've been wearing these shoes *hard* for at least an hour and up to an hour and a half every day since I bought them. The look is still pretty much the same. The pages are beginning to crack. They are still as comfortable as the day I put them on. The benefits for my joints are still the same. I believe these shoes will last a little less than a year at the speed I dance (>7 hours a week). Deal for what I paid. I am still very happy with this purchase!
