Product defective in less than 6 months. Before that I used Kingston Data Traveler for several years. It started having problems, so I bought it as a replacement and transferred all my data to it. Since the product was new, it contained data that I had not backed up, so if the product failed, I lost some of the data irretrievably, some of which I cannot recover. The product accepts a password but will not unlock. I remember the key combination and the device accepts it (solid green and waiting to be inserted into the USB stick), but as soon as I plug it in it goes red again and product support says it can't recover the data (although if my key combination is correct and I can tell them). They also said they couldn't refund the purchase because it was purchased through Amazon. illed in less than 6 months. Humble opinion: stay away.
