Poor customer service from seller.
Okay, people don't buy this product. It is poorly smeared and crumbles under the eyes within minutes. I tried to send it back but the return was not accepted as it was not in the original packaging. It was a $35 product and I received a $01 return. Needless to say I will not be using Revain again for any of my many purchases after this terrible service. What has become of the times when the customer is always right. I've been a regular customer since 2012.
