Lots of good stuff; one bad

my dogs love these beds. They have a good grip and a raised rim so you can rest your head. From a dog's point of view they are perfect. But from my point of view rather not. They are washable but must be completely disassembled. There is a long "roll" of padding at the top that you need to take out to wash the cover. The lower part covers the foam padding - this must also be removed. Washing and drying is fine as long as you wash them separately. I've tried washing them together but they're not very clean - they got tangled up in the washing machine. Putting the bedspreads back on the bed is a tedious and frustrating process with all stuffed and zipped up again. The filling "roll" has contours that match the contours of the bedspread. It is almost impossible to orient and seal the roll exactly as it was originally. Every time I put it back in it looks lumpier than last time. It is possible to return the foam padding, but note that the lid fits snugly. If I only had to do this once a year I could live with that, but as often as the bedspreads need cleaning I look at different pet beds.

Pros
  • beds and furniture
Cons
