Review on 🚿 AquaCare AS-SEEN-ON-TV High Pressure 8-mode Handheld Shower Head - Clean Tub, Tile & Pets with Power Wash Feature - Antimicrobial Nozzles - Extra Long 6 ft. Stainless Steel Hose - Wall & Overhead Brackets by Jamie Rogers

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Very weak jet except for the shower cleaner Part

First Ppro's:1. Very easy to install.2. Very good facilities. Everything was clean and tight. Especially nice was the little piece of rubber in the handle holder (the part that connects to the wall tube and holds the pen/stick) that allows you to hold the pen/stick exactly where you want it. Even the expensive ones don't have this beauty.3. The color (I bought the satin nickel) went perfectly with everything else in my bathroom. The tube was a good length (I prefer 6-7ft as I am disabled and need that length to reach a shower chair). The rear tub tile washer was VERY efficient. I just want the front to be that strong.6. The extra holder that comes with it may come in handy for someone (I haven't used mine). Now Con's1. The main thing is what I bought it for, supposedly "high pressure" - that's not true. My old, broken, leaking 1.8 GPM WaterPik pen/wand still delivers more flow than this AuquaCare 2.5 GPM device (no plug inserted). If only the rear atomizers were replaced with front atomizers it would be a 10 out of 10. But as it is the atomizers start to drop 2 inches from the handle/tube and the pulsation doesn't pulse at all, just a stronger mist. The hose is weak. It has brass ends (good) but only 1/4 inch into the tube and has very little press-in on the outside. No wonder people refer to it as a hose that breaks after a few weeks to a month of use.3. ANY piece of tubing is cheap. The hose appears to be surrounded by metal but feels like rubber. The connectors on the ends of the hose that you screw into the grip and mount are either plastic or VERY thin aluminum. Aside from the brass fittings not reaching far enough into the inner tube, the brass inside the tube is very thin and the loose fitting of the tube onto the brass insert is super cheap. The wall mount/mount holds the wand/pen VERY high. This combined with the fact that the holder is rotated BACK indicates the angle of my wall and ceiling. If he had enough pressure to not move more than 2 feet he would soak my ceiling and wall in 10 seconds. The mode clicker (front) wobbles so much it's almost as bad as my old broken shower wand/handle and it's brand new out of the box. If it was more like derailleur but still with a thumb clicker there would probably be a little more pressure as I get 2 settings in 1 (which was weird because when I tried dry the thumb switch snapped in ok. It worked just not right when water ran through it). Bottom line: If you're looking for a cheap, multi-functional, nice looking non-shower wand/handle set (the only reasons I can think of, if you have an old, broken, ugly looking shower head/hose and are trying to sell your house, or you have too much water pressure), then get this (but replace the hose as soon as possible, otherwise the hose will break quickly.) If you want to take a good shower and flush with good pressure, this is not what you need. Get something different.
