Review on 📱 ZAGG Rugged Book: iPad 5th Gen, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2 & Air Keyboard Case - Durable, Bluetooth-enabled, Black by Johnathan Delic

This product has proven to be more durable than any other keyboard/laptop case I have ever owned. As for the keyboard and lid, it was. I ordered it through Revain and received it on September 23, 2020. The keyboard stopped working (spacebar, delete, shift, certain numbers weren't being used), the backlight was spotty at best, and I couldn't turn the keyboard off. (He stayed on the whole time). I'm assuming the keyboard will turn off when the battery is completely drained. On October 27, 2020 (a few days after the no-questions-asked return policy expired, of course) I called Zagg customer service and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who helped me register the device. I explained the situation to him and he was kind enough to send me a replacement Rugged Messenger as the Rugged Book was out of stock (I was on the Rugged Book waiting list). I was told I would have to pay shipping to receive the Rugged Book. Rugged Messenger arrived today November 4th (I still don't know who will be president) and it won't connect to my iPad. I just called customer service and they are all in training according to a recorded post at Zagg HQ. Why am I still with this company? Because I lost $101.70 on a product that lasted a month. The design is great, but functionality, durability and reliability are a joke. This company needs to get a lot better if it's going to stay in business.
