Gray market company

no word of the instructions or even how to contact the manufacturer or seller. Contact them with any questions or concerns. It works out? so far yes. at least a couple of features I've tried. It doesn't hold up very well in a USB-C iPad: it keeps falling out. I have to connect it to the iPad to keep it connected. Searching the web does not provide any information about this company, so it looks like you bought it on the stock market.
