My experience with this toothpaste dates back over 40 years when it was recommended (and therefore had no bias) by a military dentist. My first thought was that it was an acquired taste. Since then I've used it whenever I could. It's not always as available in other countries as it is in the UK, but luckily it's gotten easier to get online. I'm using Euthymol again, not only are my teeth cleaner, but the health of my gums is improving and my whole mouth stays fresh and clean for longer. I don't feel the need to use that amount of mouthwash. What's more, this 12-pack brings the cost of a tube down to about half the cost of these 'best' American toothpastes - and it's like an import! I don't need any further encouragement to recommend it to anyone looking for the best toothpaste.
