Luckily, I noticed this during the final install, like grabbing my abs to keep them from falling to the floor without burning my F*#K out. I made guides on my desk with tape to get an idea of how far the tray can be pulled out without it falling out, but when loaded with shirt my guides are hard to see. This slows me down on a high volume order. The heat press works well with this big exception.
