Great way keep track and communicate efficiently
I like how easy it was for our volunteers to use. It's very intuitive. The dashboard view gives you an overview of what needs attention right now. We have been able to reduce volunteer turnover by using this tool. This has also led us to be more organized during events, ensuring we are all staying on task with our tasks in order to achieve success at each event we attend (we've done 14 total so far). No complaints yet! For any organization looking to improve their internal communications or streamline processes internally, look into Actravia. As our organization grows quickly, we can't always get feedback from every person who attends one of our events. With Actravia, we're getting immediate feedback back in the form of messages sent to multiple individuals within minutes of sending them.
- Easy way keep track when someone is missing information about themselves without having everyone fill out separate sheets/documents that will never end up being completed correctly due lackluster communication between staff members involved directly working together before going onto next steps after initial contact point..this program helps solve those issues immediately instead allowing time consuming paperwork which could lead towards confusion among many people if not properly communicated upon receipt as well...ActraVIA allows fast & efficient completion
