There are questions about the protection of the screen from drops or moisture. The previous kindle (4 & Touch) in this question seem more reliable to me. But in general, the book is well suited for the main purpose - reading. Some pros: The screen is excellent. High resolution is good for pdf/images. The backlight creates a feeling of high-quality white paper, it does not hurt the eyes, it is convenient to read, it is convenient to hold the book. With its cons: - I found a voice mode, but it's terrible in software, besides it's only in English. As for me, it is impossible to use it if you are not deaf and do not poke at the screen at random. - the price of the device is higher than that of ordinary kindle. - the battery drains relatively quickly, I think it will only last a week or less, not weeks.
