Clear as long as you don't zoom in very far
So it zooms in, but once you zoom, you can't focus on anything it's not worth zooming in. I know the decent optics are much more expensive and I thought I'd give this a try since it had some good reviews. So I guess it just depends how good a unit you end up with.
