I bought a pair of these (magnification 1.50) and a pair without magnification for my son. I really like my new gamma glasses, which greatly reduce glare from my computer and other devices. My eyes really feel different since wearing them. I have less tension and tiredness around my eyes, even after several hours of computer work. Since I don't play, I can't rate them for that. I've noticed that my son, who spends more time playing games and on the phone than me, has also benefited. He became less grumpy and irritable after talking on the phone or on the computer while wearing glasses, and seems to sleep better at night. I'm sure these glasses will help offset the harmful effects of blue light technology.
