exactly what i expected - perfect for my purpose, ie wear it once or twice a week with good pants when traveling and training. It was very easy to crop the area to my measurements. (The size range of the belt after trimming is enough for a big party.) The buckle is strong and the belt is thick enough not to twist or create a "belt loop bulge". This is great value.
