CLEAR mascara? Yes. As far as I can tell, there isn't a mascara that doesn't go into dark circles under the eyes. I don't care what the ad says, it's getting dirty for me. So I tint the tips of my lashes (which are light and the rest dark) and on formal occasions use clear mascara to lift, separate and hold the curl. It works exactly as intended. BTW, if I've also put castor oil on my lashes, it should help them grow. I don't know, but I've noticed that it curls my straight lashes a bit. You can see them better, making them look longer.
