I like that it's easy for our clients of different businesses in which we do web design, SEO & marketing services/products. It makes managing their multiple projects easier than ever before! As far as being able to send out automated emails or text message reminders to our customers about upcoming deadlines? Not much but if you're willing then go ahead. The platform is very user friendly! If there was one thing i would change its perhaps adding more templates (if needed) since some don't have a lot going-on when sending from an email address rather having them choose what type of template they want. Also maybe add better customer service support so those who aren't tech savy can still use this product effectively without asking questions over chat etc.?
