Prebiotics. probiotics. Head is spinning, isn't it?, of what should be good for you. The truth is that both prebiotics and probiotics are good for you, and having one of these in a protein powder (which I use in my shakes daily) is not only convenient, but also good for your health. The powder of this brand mixes easily. The taste of the chocolate is mild (in a good way) and the protein content is just great.
