This dress is really cute, but I have a low waist line. The tie hit me right under my bust instead of around my waist. My bust is pretty curvy, so the last thing I want to do is call attention to it. The polkadots are cute and the dress is well-made, but it would look better on someone with a short torso. Sadly, it went back.
