I like how easy is user interface since its very intuitive (it's not too hard) so you can easily learn all features without much difficulty or confusion! Also their support team is really helpful when there’s something wrong with my account or if i need help solving some issues about automation process!! It has helped me improve our efficiency greatly as we have reduced manual data entry from several workflows which used to require many man hours previously into just few seconds now using automated tools available through Aurorpa platform.
