I took my measurements very carefully and used the size chart, but it still turned out to be larger and baggier than I wanted. I'm skinny but the baggy paired with the neckline makes me look pear shaped. I requested a return to get a smaller size but after some negotiation with their support they offered to send me a smaller size and leave the coat for pennies on the dollar provided I leave useful feedback . Overall the customer support has been generous, friendly and supportive and I look forward to getting the coat I wanted in the right size.
