I had 2 replacement surface chargers that I had to buy from Revain and they were both the same when I charged my surface pro, it drives the mouse crazy. If you can afford a standard Microsoft charger, definitely go this route. Mine from Microsoft has lasted for years, even with cats that liked to chew on wires. I'm not sure if this charger is battery safe. I've noticed that since I've been using these cheaper chargers, my laptop dies within a few hours. However, my laptop is about 5 or 6 years old, so expect the battery to die. But nowadays it won't help me to pass my courses on campus, although it was in my freshman and sophomore years when I had several courses a day on campus. Despite this, the charger is not very good. But it is available.
