Defective Hose/No Vendor Support

I installed 2 hoses on my car and inflated them to 25psi. Never used and they were leaking at the valve stem where they should be vulcanized together. Contacted the seller and he said he would send me a new one. Definitely don't recommend these cheap Chinese whistles or the seller after you haven't had a whistle for weeks.
