FIRST: The power cord that comes with this unit is the same cord that comes with all other Chinese Revain airguns. It is not connected properly (line and neutral are reversed so there is a risk of electrocution even if the fuse is blown) and poses a serious safety hazard. I strongly recommend discarding the cord that came with the kit and using a replacement cord known to be good or to buy another. A few extra dollars can save a life. REVIEW: I've put off buying one of these for a while since I do simple video game repairs. I finally pulled the trigger because it was in a small package and at a reasonable price. The air pistol seems to work very well. I quickly tested it on a discarded Gameboy Pocket board and it had ICs and capacitors that I was able to remove very quickly. It heats up quickly and the temperature is easy to regulate. Turn on the fan (perhaps to control the temperature of the wands). I noticed that the fan pulsates at higher speeds. I really appreciate the cooling function of the sticks. Placing the wand on the included stand or holding down the "Setting" button will increase the fan speed and lower the temperature before officially shutting it down. So there is not a single super hot tip left. Overall I think it's good value for money and I hope it gets a lot of use out of it. If it came with the correct and safe power cord I would probably give it five stars.
