Bought these for my step daughter as she tends to wear long pants under whatever dress she wears to hide her butt while playing but often overheats in the process. The colors of these shorts are versatile and will go with almost everything she has. The texture of the material is important to her and she LOVES the softness of the fabric. The length is perfect for almost every dress in her closet. The lighter colored shorts will probably require a lighter colored underwear as the material is quite thin, but we don't really care as they were specifically purchased to be worn under dresses, not as separate clothing. I only wish I could find a similar product in a larger size for future purchases as the size I purchased was the largest available.
