When I first received this pillow I was a bit disappointed. It comes sealed and badly dented. After two days of standing, it is still not completely filled. Judging by the photos, I was expecting a pillow with a little more filling. I still have to sleep with a regular pillow under this one for my head. The small side cushion does not include the inner cushion either, just the padding. As for the positive. After sleeping with a pillow for a few nights, she tightened up a bit, but not by much, and was less wrinkled. I really like that the pillow has sections. This makes it a lot easier to get up in the middle of the night for the many trips to the bathroom I make. I have another pregnancy pillow that I no longer use for this very reason. Climbing over it several times during the night was not worth it. This pillow can be easily folded or folded down with the armrest on the side of the bed for easy insertion and removal. Overall, while not as durable as I would like, it is comfortable and very easy to use. I would bet 3.5 if I could.
