Great chair, great customer service. I bought this chair for computer work in the office. I needed something with back support and since people who play spend a lot of time in these chairs it might be worth trying. It was! Adjustable, firm but not too hard. I'm 62 years old and spend hours retouching photos to make this really work, with comfortable support, no more back pain after 15 minutes. I'm not a fan of faux leather on most of these chairs so I went with this durable woven fabric model and it's great. This gray with black accents would likely attract more home office buyers if a few more solid colors were available. And when the FedEx delivery lost the package, the company immediately responded to my request and sent me another chair which I had the next day. Excellent service, will definitely buy from this company again! For your health
