I bought these because I was so tired of my bra straps always slipping off. They do the work with their hands down. I have found that the easiest way to use them is to wear the bra backwards so the clasp is in the front. Attach the clips to the bra straps, turn the bra forward and slide your hands through the straps. The clips end up going down quite a bit, but that's ok because my straps don't slip off anymore. The straps are adjustable so they can be worn higher on the back. After a few days of wearing I don't even notice the extra strap. Overall I would recommend them. I just want them to stay on the straps so I can put them on over my head instead of backwards, but that's not a problem.
