I don't know if it helped my c-section heal faster but it made me feel good while it was healing! I started using it 4 days after giving birth (I had a "taped" incision). I enjoyed using it and it helped me avoid itching and irritation. This was my first c-section after 4 vaginal deliveries, so I was happy that little things like C-Mama healing ointment got through this time.
