The package came in three boxes. Box 1 of 3 came a day later then the first 2 so I thought it didn't ship. The boxes were not individually track. So when the first two box's came it said it was shipped and there was no way of seeing where the third one was. The manufacturer did work with us quickly to get the missing parts but right after talking to them the missing box arrived. I tried to cancel the replacement parts but because they work so quickly the new parts were already in process. Building it was slightly changing at times as you have to push the screws in as you are screws. This is because there is no pre-made holes just marks were to place the screws. It took about 2 and half hours to get it all together with just one person and not using a drill.My 2 year old is loving it.
