A product should be relatively easy to use, right? The product arrived in good condition, but upon unpacking I noticed that the small plastic hooks that were supposed to fit into the holes in the perforated panel were very small and looked fragile. I was really concerned, especially as an industrial designer in the plastics industry, I knew these hooks would definitely break. I went to install it in my basement workshop and at first it was difficult to line up all the holes. If the perforated sheet is not 100% flat it will be extremely difficult to install. I ended up lining them all up so the next step is to tilt them down so the hooks snap into place. I heard about half a dozen snaps, and sure enough, most of the hooks came loose. With very little pressure. I will return, not replace.
