Bought in July, used about every 2 weeks. Great product when it worked. After 3 months problems with the device started. The device wouldn't unlock, changing the batteries didn't help, but plugging in the device for charging solves the problem. This was the first sign of a problem with the controls. In November I encountered an issue where the device could not be turned off without removing the battery. Now it's January and a few days ago the device turned itself on at night. I had to remove the battery to turn it off. The device can no longer be switched on, the quick connection to the charger does not work. It looks like the unit is dead.
