I love this color so much. I wish my hair was still that color. All manic panic products work this well. A: I think you should leave it on for about 15 minutes, but don't do it. Leave it on for about 3 hours. I use a blow dryer after applying it because the heat opens up the hair follicles. Vinegar and water about 40% vinegar and 60% water and then I rinse it out in the bath and ONLY use conditioner. After about 30 hours I wash my hair as usual. Try not to use shampoo with sulfate, it will stain. Outside.
