I've used bubble bag machines before so I didn't think too much about it when I purchased this system. I went purely by the star rating and figured this one was the best deal. Well, I wish I would have kept looking a little harder because this one has issues. The machine itself so far has worked perfectly, so there's no complaints there but the bags are worthless. The screen bag is huge (more like a duffle bag) and doesn't have a way to tie shut which I wasn't concerned by until I noticed half way through the process that it unzipped and emptied its contents into the water, virtually ruining my product. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to have shredded along the zipper and was useless. Oh well, I thought, I wanted a smaller bag anyway. So, I bought the smaller bag by the same brand and I was initially pleased with this (the bag is reviewed separately). The filter bags at first were okay, with the small annoyance of the draw strings coming untied on them immediately upon use. Again, no big deal, I'll just tie them. Then after there second use, the tie cords came completely unraveled. this was beginning to become aggravating. As if to further confirm its shotty craftsmanship, 2 days later while repacking the folded filter bags into the carrying bag that came with it, the carrying bag ripped and is now useless. Technically, I can still use this system but at this rate (used 4 times), I'm not going to have any bags left and it's a toss up as to whether the bag will stay shut or not (the new bag has issues too). Sadly, I cannot recommend Bubble Bag Dude products based on this system.
