The company stands by their product
I ordered this and I didn’t receive it, although the carrier said they delivered it. So, I reached out to the company and they sent it again. When I got the product it wasn’t quite what I expected, it is a bit less sturdy than I thought it would be. I have put my heavy things on the very bottom and have put my lighter things on the top. But the company came through when the product was either stolen or not delivered to the right house. (Things are frequently delivered to the wrong houses in this neighborhood.) They were great about it.
