Review on High Performance Retail by Jacob Schmidt

I like how HPR has created an environment where employees are encouraged, supported & rewarded for their hard work! The training is amazing too - they have some of best trainers in retail business out there who can get you up-to speed quickly!! Nothing really at this time but as always if we need anything it's easy reachable by phone or email from our team members. Make sure when hiring HR person/s make them understand what kind of culture do want here (I know not all companies share same ideas). We're looking forward working together everyday knowing others will support us throughtout every step during shift change etc because its great having someone else supporting me :).
