This wall mount is nice and sturdy, looks like any other TV mount and I thought I could mount it with a regular drill bit and such...but you will You will need a socket wrench to actually complete the installation as you will be provided with screws to attach to the wall. I've installed TVs in almost every apartment and house I've lived in (too many, some might say), and this is the FIRST TIME EVER that I've needed a socket wrench for installation. A drill is a given with any wall mount, but I'm giving it three stars because I wish this additional essential tool was mentioned somewhere on the product. side, so I might consider other options first before I get into the annoying position of forcing me to buy a tool I'm sure I'll be proud of but will rarely, if ever, use again.
