I like that they have many options when setting up your system, which makes them easy for new users who don't want all of their calls routed through one number at once but rather would prefer more freedom in choosing how this is done (ease-of use).
They also offer an add-on service called "Call Center" where we are able to transfer our outgoing voicemails into emails so people know exactly what happened instead if just hearing static or no human voice from us! We were not given any training as far as using bluip was concerned - however after contacting support there had been some improvements made since my initial contact via chat about 2 months before launch date. There has only really ever being issues regarding incoming callers trying to connect without knowing why/whether someone answered or forwarded those messages over email firstly; sometimes even though forwarding didn't occur initially due to problems connecting then later getting logged out by caller's end causing.
